I guess I’m just at that age where I can’t believe I’m old enough for all these babies to be this old too. I feel like I’m constantly so shocked seeing people I held in diapers announcing engagements and babies. LIKE WHAT? HOW? Will this shock ever wear off? When Kerry posted about him and Allie I was like, ermaaagherd, that boy better holler at me! And thankfully he did. 😍 And I got to be there to celebrate with his beautiful wife and family, who I adore!🥰

The wind was hard for the girls hair but we loved it for that veil!! Also you really want to be blown away by some florist skills? All the flowers for the day were silk. I had no idea til close to them and I’m completely questioning why anyone would deal with water and wilting when they can be full and open all day with no worries!? Job very well done by Celebrations on the River in Columbus!

I often wish I shot motion instead of still. The way the shadows danced on her back was SO gorgeous and a photography just doesn’t capture that feeling.🙄

The toast Caroline told about meeting and eventually sharing Allie with Kerry was adorbs. You don’t have to worry about this stand up guy! He was raised as a gentleman and will take great care of your girl!

The 3 my family formally calls the Hoar babies! Y’all have grown to such intelligent, beautiful, all around wonderful humans. I’m so proud of you, I can’t imagine what your parents must feel!

That last minute glance to Mom and Dad just before the doors opened for his bride! 😭😭 Mama spent most the day emotional and hiding from the camera!

After they cut, they both started eating. I was like WAIT!! YOU FEED EACH OTHER!!! 🤣🤣 They were like, we’re messy eaters, it’s all good. 😆 The best. There are no rules in life you need to follow. You guys do you!👏🏼👏🏼

They scheduled us a few minutes for sunset shots but it was overcast. WOMP. But honestly, they were SO relaxed by this point, the portraits were perfect. We goofed off then rejoined the party as their plates were served!

What a great day! I hate that you had to go back to separate states 24 hrs later (military life/school) but in due time, y’all will be living that great married life together. Making that new generation of Hoar babies. 😍 Can’t wait! Congrats again, thanks for having us! We all love you guys and promise we will get together in the winter! Heart, Melanie
