It’s going to be so sad when you can’t pick them up anymore! I love these cuddling images, so pass along the message that they can stop getting so big, so fast!

These twins spend all their time laughing. And not just giggles, I mean, full belly laugh at anything! Infectious joy!

Let’s play the game, how many times does B switch glasses?  🤣 The funniest part is that I was so busy keeping the kids entertained that I paid that no attention to his frames and I didn’t even notice til culling how many times they changed!! It’s like that dentist ad where you’re so focused on his missing tooth, you don’t notice the subject is missing his eyebrow in the image too. BAHAHA.

They simultaneously interpreted, “love on mom and dad” as bite/lick your parents. 😬

The left cracks me up and is such a depiction of twins. They literally can’t keep their hands off each other. They were just walking up to the spot and Penny is trying to take Jude to the ground. 😆 It’s much funnier when its not MY twins!!

That lean into Brandon, we’ve been doing that for years and it’s always my favorite. So pretty. Meanwhile, Penny finding herself hilarious that she fell off the curb.😆

 The spirited kids are what make family sessions so much more fun. Stressful, absolutely that too, but priceless images!

Into November I find myself shooting into the darkness every session! Thats the moon back there! 😍

One of my favorite things about this season is the movement in Penny’s hair. I love showing motion in images and her hair gives that perfect effect of how kids never stop moving!

Every year gets easier and easier but honestly I worry about the years when they’re too big to be silly with me! That’ll never happen, right? SIGH. Also, both our big kids AND Adam all said at different times when they saw me working on this session…”why didn’t we get to see them after you shot?” Womp. Busy lives! 🙄 We will see you this winter for sure. Love you guys. Heart, Melanie.
