We’ve used this wall before but not in late fall when it was wonderfully turning!! Driving down the hill to their house I spotted it like, ohhhhh we usin’ that! 😍
I was thankful for Rory this afternoon because while the other two were a big fat NO THANK YOU LADY, Rory was her sweet little rule following self!😍
In the midst of Mommy trying to talk Ollie into just a few more pics, Eliza and I were having a grand time. 😆
I realized this happens each session where Dad and Ollie disappear and I’m like, ok, I guess I’ll focus on these ladies then!
They went to get him a coat and hat hoping it would help but alas, the cold in fact, did bother him anyway. 😬
Naturally, like all brothers, ‘lemme help you make this bad choice.” 😆
I couldn’t decide what was cuter! The little feminine bow accents or the chubby thighs on tippy toe reaching for a lego her brother was trying to keep away from her! 🧐
I always wonder how hand prints cover my walls. THIS. This is how.
Giant eyed babies!!
I love this. Mary Kate don’t be mad for me posting because EVERY MOTHER feels that anxiety you were having! It’s such a regular every day moment of motherhood AND childhood. Baby got out of mom’s grip and in a fit of independence, walks just out of arms reach, PROUDLY, to the edge of the bed. I got to her, no worries, but had to document that moment of “I’m gonna touch the boat!!” (Finding Nemo if you don’t recognize that reference.)
😍😍😍
If only I had a third frame of him hitting the ground. It really does happen that quickly. Mary Kate hadn’t even pulled ONE sock all the way up and he flipped off the bed!
He was all good!
Wrecking ball baby!
Quick Christmas change before the sun was almost completely gone!
First he showed me the starfish Santa on the tree…
Then he showed us how to do it. 🤣
Bit of an Instagram…
Vs reality.😆
Had to get the front of the freshly painted house! So gorgeous!
I thought we’d try one more time, just real quick!! Ya. Nope. 🤣
I had grabbed all my stuff so I didn’t really need to come all the way back up and in. I told them, just a couple more than I’ll stop torturing them!! So as soon as they started to walk back up, Oliver was happily like, GOODBYE SEE YA AGAIN NEVER! 🤣 Eliza spotted the neighbor and was very happy to see her! I yelled, ‘Geesh! Where have you been the last 2 plus hours?! I could have used you and her excitement to see you!!😭”
It’s always an adventure, isn’t it? It would be so easy to yell and you guys never do! I guess you’ve been practicing that calm teacher presence for awhile now!🥰 Have a wonderful next few weeks! Good to see all of you! Heart, Melanie
