For starters, Reid absolutely killed this session. I hadn’t shot him in 10yrs and when he approached I was like, well he’s had quite a transformation! And since his mom already alerted me he had ‘circus props’, I knew I was about to have all the fun with this kid.
I’d give him a ridiculous suggestion and he’d see my vision with little explanation!!!
Legit all I’d say was, it would be dope if you could get yourself balanced on top of these but they may be too far apart? ‘Say no more.’ When I say he was down for everything, I really mean it.
Who even are you, man?
Totally had a Johnny Depp vibe going on!!
I can still see your middle schooler face in your eyes, but thats about all!!
Rolling those brows like a caterpillar! And yes, thats a fake nose. AHAHA.
***Laaaadies and gennnntlemen, prepare to be dazzled and utterly astounded….*** I’d buy tickets to your Vegas show.
This guy! <3
I love the ‘regular’ shots just as much as the fun goofy ones!!
Watching him steer these around making the widest turns to come back to me was hysterical.
I was telling him my brain automatically expects him to kick flip the cane. And some dudes walked by all loving on his style and said, “you should, you know…” and then he acted out what I was saying. I yelled YESSS MAN, YESS! Turn around and Reid’s having a great timing kicking his cane in circles like, c’mon, like I didn’t know what you wanted!
He actually attends the Cincinnati Zoo Academy for high school. I had NO clue this was a thing, right here in our city?! I was completely baffled when he told me all about what he does and will do in the future! Amazing!
Didn’t have to even explain how the Photo Booth works, he already knew what to do.
Your enthusiasm reawakened my creative spirit. I’m always inspired by celebrities posing in strange unexpected ways but the ability to pull that off with every day people, typically just looks silly. But he did it! And PERFECTLY! After 20 yrs of seniors, I can’t say that I’ve ever had a session quite this unique. Well done, Reid. WELL. DONE.
Heart, Melanie
