Londen.

Londen is my niece Ella’s BF. I’ve met him a few times and the girls all bet he wouldn’t laugh for me because he’s so shy. There’s only been a couple kids in the last 20yrs that I couldn’t break… welp, these were some of the very first frames! Came right out with his adorable personality in under 2minutes!!

Right away I asked if his lenses were transitions and he’s like, “Ope!” Then him and Ella proceeded to jog to each other and handoff glasses. I thought maybe she was just holding his other frames, oh no, they swapped THEIR OWN glasses!! Bahhaha. So neither of them could see well for the following 45 min. Hilarious.

The gate wasn’t connected into the ground so Ella used her body to counter weight the fence for me. Quickly it became him showing how little effort it was to fling Ella. Whatever it took to get those natural laughs!

He really wanted old school graffiti and Cincy has done an incredible job of cleaning up the streets that walls are still full of color, just actual intentional murals instead of street art. But we still found some in the alleys!

He’s a kickass wrestler who just ended his HS career with a winning record, taking him all the way to state this year!

In the middle of the night before shooting him, I randomly envisioned him doing a selfie cam for his Photo Booth. I’m so glad we did, love this different than the usual vibe!

Obviiiiously had to get to goofs together. They’re known for their awkwardness, especially for pics. They default to the fake smile and thumbs up on a regular basis. We started there but they immediately laughed and well, that one is too sweet not to share! I’m glad you smarties have each other to be awk with. <3 Happy one year!

Good luck moving away, Londen! I’m sure the next handful of months will be a total whirlwind, enjoy it!! Heart, Melanie
