This is such a strange time in my life where people I grew up with are old enough to have children finishing high school. How did this happen?? Brooke’s mom was a constant in my childhood as she was one of my oldest sister’s BFFs. So just as my folks refer to all my childhood friend’s kids, Brooke is simply “Nikki jr” to us.🤣🤣 And she is, in fact, beautiful just like her Mama!

Let’s talk about how it was NINETY SIX DEGREEEEES, with no breeze!!! I offered to reschedule but she had no problem with the heat. I on the other hand, had all kinds of swamp a** and frizziest of frizzy hair. Like how did she maintain this pretty as I’m panting and reaching for water on the other side of the camera?

That shot on the left is striking. Straight grown up, no more baby, just gorgeous.

Shots in full sun may as well have felt like she was standing in front of an open oven. And she’s all, giggle giggle, adorbs!!

I told her to pick a rock to stand on and be silly. She channeled her inner ballerina. 😍🤣

When their internal goof starts showing, I know their guard is down and it’s smooth sailing for me the rest of the night!😍😍

I sent Britt the pic on the right and was like, her teeth may as well be the set sitting on the dentist’s counter. I want my kids to go to your ortho. 😬😆

Seriously effortless.

She pretended to flex and I was like, OH NO HONEY! YOU ARE 100% SHOWING ME THOSE GUNS! She’s worked hella hard and achieved full beast mode in swimming. Brooke holds numerous records at Seton for multiple strokes and races. Not only has she proven the best in the city, her team takes it all the way to state competition level for their relays. 💥BOOM💥 And the best part is that, you’d have no idea because she’s so quiet and modest! The westside is so proud of you!!

I knew she’d be easy and I was right! 🤷🏼‍♀️ It was fun to catch up and I suppose now we will see each other at various sports as our boys are always competing!! So fun! Good luck with it all, Brooke! You will be successful in whatever you do, it’s clear!
