Before we even started, I already knew this was going to be easy. 😍

As soon as Courtney walked up in this dress I thought, ohhh I can work with that material😍, I hope she can move with it like I see in my head. And she sure did. Stepped right into the fun zone. Zero hesitation, she went for it and I loved it!

My 12yo daughter looked over my shoulder at this image on the left and said, “Why’d you take her pictures?” “Whaddya mean? She’s a senior?” “SHES A SENIOR?! WHAT? I THOUGHT SHE WAS 25!!!” 🤣 True story, you do look like a senior…in college. 😳

Her mom wanted her to do a quick shot with her future team’s flag. I said as a joke, you should dry your back like the ’90s “Zestfully clean!” commercials. Naturally having NO clue, as she’s just a baby! We laughed as she just had fun with it! 😍

I’m starting to wonder if this generation just has a secret skill of only crossing one eye instead of both. Why can so many people do this?!

Regularly adults ask me to take their pics in the middle of shooting but it’s been a minute since a group of kids came up and just joined right in. I saw them approaching behind her and I already could tell by the way they strut up to us what they were going to do. So I nodded and said, ‘go on whicha badsselves.” Courtney turned around to them all striking a pose and half caught off guard, half loving the idea, she popped right back to it with them!😍 Love this!

Though it became overcast quickly, I was so glad the rain didn’t come til we were done! It was fun shooting you til it was quite literally dark out! It’s the best when I lose track of time, just truly enjoying myself! You ROCKED it! If volleyball doesn’t work out…you have a future in front of the camera. 😍 Hope you continue to heal from surgery quickly and you dominate your senior season! Good luck! Heart, Melanie
