Happy Birthday, Morgan Marcella!

Reese Cup has an M&M to party with! šŸ˜Last year on vaca, these turds snuck off and took a pregnancy test that they didnā€™t expect to be positive! Carried on the rest of our quarantined trip like it was no big deal as we talked about THEM WAITING OUT THIS PANDEMIC BEFORE GETTING PREGNANT AGAIN. šŸ™„ Not long after we were home, Reese handed us an ultrasound picture and I about bruised my jaw dropping it on my garage floor! Pregnancy was smooth for Rach šŸ™ŒšŸ¼, even with her high risk(iness) and covid regulations. She went in for induction almost at 40wks delivering this new pretty girl into our lives on march 10th. (Nonniā€™s bday, which she thinks Morgan was her 69th bday gift, but theyā€™ve already given me custody, heck if Iā€™m going to give her to my mom!šŸ™„) Everything escalated as it should, even laboring down that babygirl right to the brink of the birth canal. With a ā€˜test pushā€™ for the dr, then quickly shutting her legs back, ā€œok then, no more pushing, head is ready to be born and we need to set up this room!!ā€ šŸ¤£ Now THATā€™S an epidural at work!šŸŽ‰ One set of pushes and out slid a 7.9lb, 20.5ā€³Ā perfectly pink and wailing, baby Morgan!

Although it was very exciting for me to finally get back into a delivery room after a year (of little anxiety to rush out and full nights of sleepšŸ¤£šŸ¤£), they gave up their one visitor for the day to meeee! I felt so guilty, but thanks to all the family for sacrificing your visit for their memories! And it killed me I couldnā€™t get big sister meeting her!! GAH!! Sheā€™s going to be a trip with this baby. šŸ˜‚ Congrats and Iā€™m so thrilled everything has continued to be so easy for you guys! Super proud of you and love you all so much!

Click play to watch her birth! {Like always, no birth posts go without annoying tech issues. Slideshow views on my iPhone just fine. On computers, it may or may not show up by clicking ā€œMorgan.ā€ And well, Iā€™m done spending hours fighting with it. šŸ˜¶)
