If I had a nickel for every wedding day that rain was heavily forecasted and then miraculously, it doesn’t rain at all OR it stops just at portrait time?! It pouuuuured all morning. Just when she was finishing up and headed outside, it stopped. BOOM. I always say to buy the umbrellas for everyone because you’ll jinx it and you’ll get to return them! Worked again! It was humid and hot as Hades, but better than wet!!

Since they chose to have a family wedding party, all their close friends still met them for a couple group pics!

When baby sis calls you out for being bossier than their parents for their whole childhood, making more rules for them than their parents. She told us stories like the ‘laundry tax’ where Alex would only fold hers and Mitchell’s clothes if they paid .10c per garment or it gets left unfolded and inside out. Bahaha. Good stuff, I found it all very amusing.

A family heirloom which I’m not sure why Alex was so caught off guard when it slid through like butter…it was a SWORD?! 🤣

Fun was had!💓

Absolutely NO ONE was safe when Alex danced her way through the crowd. Without warning, she’d grab your had and spin you or herself around quickly. If you were in her path, you were spinning. 🥰

She continued to enlist friends to fan it out. 🙌🏼Those dresses are so heavy and layered, it gets miserable quickly under there!! I just love how much more free she felt when they did this!!

It came and went so fast! Thanks for having us! I loved seeing all you guys who I haven’t seen since your senior pics in well over ten years! Glad to see you’re flourishing! Hope you have a wonderful honeymoon! Heart, Melanie & Adam
