Can we first talk about how Renee started the session like, “I’m not good at this, I don’t know what to do.” Uhhhh YOU CRAZY, GIRL. You moved like this is what you do for a living. Sure it takes building some confidence in seniors the first handful of minutes, but they all get there! They become comfortable and so good! It’s hard for anyone to step up and pose for 90min! I don’t expect anyone to just know what to do. I gotchu! 💞

I showed her that shot on the left and she was like, 😳OMGGGG!  🤣 I know, right? GORGEOUS.

Right away I asked her where she got those delts/biceps from. “Black belt in karate and gymnastics!” I said, I love that girls don’t just want to look skinny anymore, they want to look like they can kick your ass. STRONG IS IN STYLE and I’m here for it!! She’s like, “Yaaaa, I’ve broken some opponent’s bones. People know my name and my roundhouse.” 😳🤣 Yaaaaas, girl!
