There was a group of yogis in savasana to the left, deep in concentration as the instructor chanted and used a gong. To the right was a younger couple having a nice little picnic. We were in the middle, having all the “fun,” giggling and being silly. As we walked away, I apologized to the couple that I needed the space for the light and said, ‘you’re welcome for the free birth control!” and to my surprise they said, “that actually did the opposite, that was fun to watch!” Casey, Emma and I, all exhausted were like, umwhat?

Sometimes spines just go limp and can no longer support the children. ‍
