When you’re my subject, your clean pants are never safe.😬 The threat this night was piles upon piles of goose poop.😆 I kicked it away the best I could and with some very deep breaths, Carly managed to put on a brave face for me. 🤣

I need y’alls help. This image reminds me of the cover of a movie or book from the 80/90s. The scrappy kids with some rebellion vibes, the attitude of don’t mess with us but still sweet and innocent ….ugh! What is it?! I searched so many things and Breakfast Club had the same tone but those kids were too old. WHAT MEMORY AM I TRYING TO UNLOCK!? Anywayssss, I love it.

These two were completely oblivious of what I was trying to have them do, just enjoying each other.😆

We were quickly running out of light and the kids were getting off task. That head back, 5sec mom ‘ughhhhhh’, then refocused, “ok, I can finish this without beating my children!” moment. Every mom knows that feeling. 🤣😵‍💫

“Come together” translated to them as *chest bump* then *butt grab*.😆

Y’all. I put pressure on that decaying stump to test the safety of it before having them sit and it literally ate my leg. I pressed into the perfect spot to plunge knee deep in rotted tree trunk, couldn’t move as I balanced on other leg with heavy cameras swaying on both sides of me. One of them had to pull me out cause I’d only descend deeper if I tried to move. It was hilarious.  Nevertheless, we found the safe spots for them to sit on. 🤣

Jude can never just step up and be normal. I always tell kids like that, listen, you do that, imma still take the pic and use it. Naturally, he loves them and not embarrassed at all. 😆

The last year Carly has been part of the successful Bardot Bow Gallery team. I’m glad we could enjoy the swampass and giggles followed by ice cream together on such a beautiful evening! You guys never disappoint. Love you all and I’m glad you and your children are in all our lives. 💞
