The Nurres.

Though it rained through out the day, and stopped 15min before, Mother Nature pulled through for us! With the biggest concern of Kels going into pre term labor like she did with Lawson, sickness canceling for someone and obviously weather as I only had two nights to choose from, we were on the edge of our seats leading up to these couple hrs! We pulled it off, girls!🎉 Ganga got her lifetime wish of family beach pics!

It’s funny how we felt so exhausted in the end like, ‘did you get annnnything??’ 🤣 And thankfully, like always, I caught plenty of joy!

As you scroll you’ll notice so many light and color changes, it’s wild. I took chunks time with each family before the group got together and it’s crazy the difference between these two images was only 30 or so min!

Lawson napped and went to bed early so I didn’t get to play with him as much during the day, like the others, allowing them to get more comfortable with me! I was pleasantly surprised how easily he smiled for me! 😍

A valiant effort was made. 🤣The light was low and they wanted their parents so we gave up quicker than I wanted to, but so many more images to make instead of wasting the rest of the remaining decent light on this. Sorry, Ganga, I know you would have loved a good one. 🥺 Honestly, the left is amazing in it’s own way though. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Real life always wins.

The last bits of light were there (I know its hard to understand that as the picture tells a diff story, but that’s a lesson in photography for you all 🤣) and we tried to get one of the 3 Aug kids. Lucy was OUT an hr before this so Georgie said, “Since Lucy won’t take one, I’ll just take one with my brudder for you!” Sweet.Heart!!! I’m so proud of those two boys. They really showed up for me just like they said they would! And you two ladies! Sad our time was short, but it was meaningful. Years of friendship and your support has always made me feel so GOOD. You do for my confidence way more than I could ever do for you. You’re the best and I appreciate you and your never ending generosity and love. 💞

Kelsey was resting all pretty with Lawson as the rest of the crazy happened around her!  😍 Meanwhile, this goof, who looooooathes picture day (but we are done for the year now!) had everyone in stitches as he demonstrated to the group how he hes learned how to ‘use that light!’ Yaaaaaas, queen. I really actually love that image!! You’re the greatest at sacrificing your mental health for Brittany’s love of photos. 🤣 I appreciate you too. 😘

Honestly y’all, I am so happy and relieved everything went down just as we’d planned. I can’t believe how fun and easy it was to just move in with you for a few days and just be a part of the family. I know I’m go with the flow but it says a lot about you guys treating me as your own so seamlessly. Even the kids hopping on my lap to hangout or asking me to toss them in the pool. 😍The best. Fun memories for me now too, down in Longboat Key! A lifetime of your memories for you as children now combined with your new memories as parents.🙌🏼 I’m blessed to have been able to document even just a few days with you! Thanks again.
