I love that Stephanie had the foresight to neglect the leaves on the ground for her upcoming session!  I Pulled into their house and looked right at the backlit tree and red ground and literally said out loud. NICE!😍

They were dying to toss them so they went all in when I said, “Go ahead! Have fun!!”

It’s always a challenge with things are being tossed in the air to get clear shots of the faces. These fell so perfectly around Grace!

They live next to the Rumpkes who kindly let us borrow their beautiful yard!

Their other neighbors are the LaRosas! So we hit up their yard second for the animals. The falling light was perfection!

I seriously found this so ironic and funny. Elana and Grace were mostly terrified of the small goats (there were a dozen of them in our faces so rightfully overwhelming), hesitant of the donkeys, buuuut they both happily hopped on this much bigger beast of a horse! 😆

Can’t only choose one when this fun is happening!! I called it, spin in all the circles but don’t fall in the mounds of animal waste. 😭

I’ve found that most donkeys and goats I shoot around are just simply dying for affection. They don’t care about your personal space and would sit on your lap if they could. The girls were having a bunch of fun and all the sudden as I’m squatting down, a donkey literally is brushing against my face then full head in my frame like, PAY ATTENTION TO MEEEEE! 🤣 So sweet.

Lola loved all the animals. Stepped right up like, let’s be BFFs!
